Arc de Triomphe

Arc de Triomphe is famous tower in the world and also symbol Paris. Arc de Triomphe placed in Place Charles de Gaulle center. Building finished at 1836. Designer Arc de Triomphe is Jean Francois Theressa. This building has height 50 meters and long 45 meters.

Musée De Louvre

Musee de louvre is the bigest museum in the world before became a museum, Musee De Louvre only a small bastion. Every year can has 8.5 visitor. The founder of this museum is Philip Augustus. Designer is Leoh Ming Pei. He is an architecture from Japan. Height until summit is 20.6 meters or as high as 70 feets.

Pont De Millau        

Milau is a highest bidge in the world. Builded on the mountains. Builded began 2001 and it is estimated finish at 3 years to come. But because soil structure and the weather is not conducive then completed in 3 years. The height is 341 meters and long 2460 meters. Designer is a french bridge engineer is Michael Virlogeux and architect working with English, Lord Foster.

Eiffel Tower, Paris

This tower begin builded at 1889 designer by Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, official at March 31, 1889 but official open for general at Mei 6 1989.

This tower is located in Champ de Mars yard on the side of the Seine river, has high 300 meters with the weight of the steel about 7,300 ton, this building also had held the record for the tallest building for 40 years, which was later replaced by the Chrysler Building in New York City in 1930.

This tower made by 300 peoples that arrange 18,038  steel pieces, using nail clamps which 2.5 million structured by designer Maurice Koechelin design. Initially this building many critics for being too daring, because the designer is just a bridge engineer who does not understand the aerodynamics of wind would hit the tower, but it was denied by Gustave Eiffel in the newspaper Le Tempts issue of February 14, 1887. The average visitor spend only U.S. $ 5.50 plus U.S. $ 11.80 fare tickets. This is caused by the many visitors who come, and can cause a queue of about 1-2 hours at peak seasons.
